Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. All services are subject to clinical eligibility determined by a licensed dental professional.

2. Event Participation

By attending this event, you understand and agree that:

• You may be asked to complete medical history and consent forms prior to any evaluation.
• Participation does not guarantee treatment.
• Any promotional offers, discounts, or savings are valid only during the event dates and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

   

3. Appointment Scheduling

We make every effort to honor scheduled times. However, delays may occur. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

4. Promotional Offers

Event promotions are valid for a limited time and may include discounts on Invisalign or other treatments. All offers are:

• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Applicable only to new or qualifying patients
